Sangha Studio is a community-based yoga studio that offers in-person and online classes, workshops, and events for all levels and bodies.

The word sangha translates from the Sanskrit language as “community” and is pronounced [SAHN-guh]. Sangha Studio serves as a place where we can all feel supported and encouraged within our community, in our yoga practice, and in our lives. When people come to Sangha, they bring their whole selves - and we welcome this! Sangha Studio believes collective care is a powerful practice and collective care, means having agreements for how we share space together and a restorative justice practice to uphold those agreements.
