Join pitmaster and chef Mike Katz as he comes to your house for a multi-course Michelin Star quality barbeque adventure and get $1200 credit towards a fully staffed catered event. Mike Katz is the head chef and owner of Katz Craft Barbecue based out of Calabasas, CA.  Mike apprenticed at Leroy and Lewis in Austin which was just awarded a Michelin Star and is renowned for their experimental barbeque menu and creative sides.  Leroy and Lewis was recently ranked in the top five restaurants in all of Texas. Mike also spent time at Tejas BBQ in Houston, on Eater Houston's "18 Most Essential Barbeque Joints" 2023 list,  further developing and nurturing a love for all things authentic Texas BBQ.

Meat will be slow smoked, using only local oak wood, for well over 14 hours in a customized 250-gallon offset smoker.  The menu also includes Central Coast of California inspired sides like grilled artichoke bottoms topped with a lemon parmesan, Mike's famous mac & cheese (rave reviews from both kids and grown-ups), and much more.  Rounding out the menu, the meal will be paired with a variety of Mike's favorite Texas craft beers.
