Onward's hybrid day camp + Catalina sleepaway adventure starts with a Mon-Weds day camp (9am-3pm) in Marina del Rey followed by a Thursday-Sunday Catalina sleepaway at our beautiful Onward Oceans Center in Cat Harbor, Catalina.

Your tuition covers the day camp + all transportation to/from Catalina via high speed ferry + lodging & meals on the island. You'll pick up your campers Sunday afternoon back in Marina del Rey.

Why a hybrid camp?

The Mon-Weds day camp in Marina del Rey allows campers to prepare for adventure via awesome outdoors activities, marine science, group & leadership exercises, and a big helping of hands on creativity. Our fun & engaging day program helps campers get comfortable with one another and with our friendly, supportive staff prior to our big weekend of adventure.

Catalina sleepaway!

On Thursday morning you'll drop off your camper as usual in Marina del Rey. From there campers & counselors depart as a group for the ferry terminal and our long weekend of adventure at our nonprofit's Onward Oceans facility in Cat Harbor, Catalina.
