Artist's statement:

Mckenna is a contemporary wildlife painter working out of Brooklyn, New York. Her art is bold, vibrant and energetic. She has an immense appreciation and admiration for nature and wildlife and it is reflected in her paintings. Mckenna works in mixed media, acrylic paint and oils on anything from small canvases to large outdoor walls. 

Her goal with her paintings is to bring awareness and a connection to wildlife while at the same time giving people a break from daily life to get lost in the color and wildness of her pieces.
