Artist Statement:
This year's whale was inspired by a line drawing from my sketchbook of a view from Fort Sewall, a favorite spot of mine in Marblehead. I especially enjoy looking for sea glass at Fort Beach and admire all the beautiful colors, which become the palette.

Stephanie works in a variety of mediums, specializing in hand-painted ceramics and stitched mixed-media paintings. Inspired by nature, balancing graphic design and playful pattern, she creates timeless, intuitive works of art that reflect her imagination.
