Fun outdoor ocean View training in Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar!  Great energy class mixing mobility, strength, core, cardio and flexibility!  We startwith a dynamic warm-up, mobility, work on strength, fun cardio drills, endurance, core, and finish with stretches!

We do a lot of body weight exercises and we always bring different gear to keep it fun.  We do it all: Resistance band, mini bands, stability ball, pilates balls, foam roller, yoga blocks and tennis balls.

The best part? Super friendly and fun group.  Out training locations offer ocean view, back bay view or some nature connection!

All levels Welcome.
