This certificate is valid for up to one year from the date of event listed above. Certificate is transferable, but is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Certificate cannot be resold; unauthorized resale will invalidate certificate. Certificate can only be redeemed for a Frost Science membership; it is not redeemable for other goods or services. Certificate is not valid if altered. Certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required pursuant to applicable law.
