Mint condition, never played, original Owner.  This card is 25 years old.  "Mew Promo Card" (Black Star #8) was provided exclusively to Retail Game Store Owners in 2000 to use for in-Store Promotional Special Events (and released by Wizard for "The Pokemon League").  It is a rare vintage Pokemon with the Character "Mew", 50 HP, and the skill of "Psywave".  It is available to the Winning Bidder for mailing nationwide (with insurance) - or free pickup in Enfield, Connecticut after the Auction.
