This charming vintage hand-colored print depicts a laborer called "Räckholder-Studä" carrying a large bundle of brushwood on his back. He wears traditional 18th-century attire and carries a walking stick. The German text reads:
"Er trägt heut Stauden in die Stadt, Dient morn in Holland als Soldat"
("He is carrying bushes into the city today, serves tomorrow in Holland as a soldier.")
