Polenta from the Ticino canton of Switzerland is a traditional dish made from cornmeal, often cooked until creamy and served with various accompaniments like braised meat, cheese, or mortadella. It's a staple in the region, historically a cheap meal for farmers, but now enjoyed in restaurants and grottoes.

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.

Unless otherwise indicated above, items will need to be picked up by the bidder at either of the following locations/dates:

-  September 6, 2025: San Joaquin Swiss Club, 110 North Manley, Ripon, CA 95366


-  September 13, 2025: Swiss Park, 5911 Mowry Ave, Newark, CA 94560

Bidders must be 21+ years old to bid.

Shipping and handling charges (if any) must be paid by the bidder.

Payments must be made via credit card. A transaction fee (5%) and a credit card processing fee (3.4% + $0.35) will be added to the bid amount and charged to the bidder’s credit card.

If required under applicable law, sales tax will be added to the bid amount and charged to the successful bidder’s credit card.
