Auction winner can choose from three different offerings:

* Group presentation covering previous ghost investigations around Westchester and Connecticut. The winner could have this talk presented for the public (e.g., at the Irvington Public Library) or privately at their home. Laptop projector and screen required for the presentation. This is for adults and teens 13+.
Value: $150

* Paranormal investigation in your home. If you feel that your home is haunted in some way, Barry will come to your home and do an on-site investigation. Before coming, Barry researches your home and the land it stands on. His on-site investigation includes tape recordings, photographs and other readings and measurements. He then sends you a report on his findings. 
Value: $100 (Barry doesn’t normally charge for this service but usually gets $100 to cover his expenses.)

* Group paranormal investigation. Barry will take you and a group of your friends on an investigation into a haunted location where you are all part of the investigation. Each of you will make recordings and take pictures which Barry will analyze after the investigation and compile into a final report. Barry researches the property before the investigation, and that is included in his report. For adults and teens 13+.
