Artist: Heather Labbe'

Maine Artist, Heather Smith Labbe’ , spent her youth growing up in Chatham.  Her family still lives in Chatham, therefore,  Heather and her husband Gary and daugher Lisette, have been returning to Chatham over many years. 

She is the President and Founder of a 501c3 Non Profit ….. New England Lab Rescue, Inc. 

This organization has rescued about 5000 wonderful Labradors from danger of euthanization in Southern States   the since she began this mission in 2010. They have all been placed in loving forever homes all over New England where they are thriving and being loved.  She has been heard to say…. “Get A Life….  Adopt A Lab !! "
