Description

Local artist, Marion Lauter, brings to life a moment in time at Burney Falls in Shasta County, California. The lifelike imagery of the Burney Falls environment is created through a wet felting technique with wool and other fibers that truly captures the magic of the waterfalls. 


This piece must be seen in person to appreciate the depth of the colors and the vivid highlights that can't be captured in a photo.


The work is nicely matted and ready to be framed and hung.The artwork is 9.5" X 8" and the matt is 11" X 14". Unframed. It is named, dated (2025) and signed by the artist.


Artist, Marion Lauter, is a Breast and GYN Health Project weekly Warmline Volunteer and four-time breast cancer survivor! Thank you Marion!

The winning bidder may pick up this item between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday at the Breast and GYN Health Project, 987 8th Street, Arcata, CA (Next to the Arcata Co-op). Special pick-up times can be arranged: call 707-825-8345 or email Rosegz@hcbhp.org. We are willing to make arrangements for after-hours and weekend pick-ups. We will be closed on November 27th and 28th for Thanksgiving.
