This is definitely a previously loved clutch.  First off, one of the end piece is missing.  It should have a beautiful blue panel.  It has stains at the edges. However it still has it's change and the dachshund has its bling collar on front.  The same picture on the back without the bling collar. It looks like the clutch had been stored in damp conditions.  I want you to know before bidding that the artwork itself is perfect.  It's just that the bag has many stains as illustrated in the photos.
