Collectible Hot Diggity Dog figurine.  I think this to be in excellent pre-loved condition in its box with both tags attached.  However, I can't figure out if it's a manufacturing defect at the tip of the tail or a chip.  I feels a bit too smooth to be a chip.  But I want those bidding to be aware of this.
