This item consists of a round cheese board crafted by Keith Arakaki of Kapaa. This gorgeous cutting board is is 11 3/4" in diameter and 3/8" thickness and is made of maple wood with stringers of koa and purple heart wood. It is so beautiful that one will surely enjoy their cheese leagues more with this board, than without it!
