The winning bidder must provide their primary and secondary parking lot choices to Creve Coeur Site Services by November 1st. Contact information will be provided to the winners upon the close of the auction.
Special Instructions
The winner must be a Bayer employee and will be asked to provide a description and decal numbers for all personal vehicles that may use the space.
The chosen parking space is not transferable and is only useable by the purchaser.
Brief closure of parking lots due to maintenance repairs will not be compensated.
The parking space cannot be requested in place of handicapped or Medical spaces or A lane.
