With this auction item you will receive:

• One (1) 60 minute 1-1 coaching session. In this session, you will work with a Spewak Training coach on running form, technique, running specific stretches, and more.  This is for a single person.


• Two (2) entries to the 2026 Market Mile on Sunday, August 9th in downtown St. Louis. The Market Mile is a 1 mile run/walk that benefits four local non-profits with a huge post-race celebration at St. Louis Union Station. This event is for anyone and everyone! Families and strollers are welcome! 


• Two (2) entries to the Dogwood Run on Saturday, May 23rd. The Dogwood Run is a celebration of the city of Ladue all benefitting the Ollie Hinkle Foundation. This 3k run/walk is geared to all levels and abilities. The race runs through the business district of Ladue and finishes with a post-race party at Companion Cafe.
