This vivacious Chardonnay sends aromas of vanilla and honeysuckle up and out of the glass, and stainless steel aging keeps the palate crisp and fresh. The first sip floods your taste buds with green apple, lemon, and papaya, with a smooth minerality throughout. This is a round-bodied wine with delicate but determined acidity and a nice, firm backbone. Pairs well with smoked salmon and beach days.
