Shoes will be worn during WNBA game on August 1st vs. Los Angeles Sparks and autophraphed postgame. Shoes are size 11.5 Nike JA 2s. Custom sneakers designed and hand painted by artist Takiyah Ward at Re-Sole 206. 

Mackenzie chose to use her shoes to highlight the ongoing fight for equal rights for all. The shoes have a white base with rainbow speckles across the entirety. On the outsides of the shoes are a series of raised hands in a rainbow of colors. Written among the hands are words representing things that everyone has a right to: justive, rule of law, dignity, prosperity, freedon, equality, peace and hope. In large letters across the insides of the shoes are the words "Every human has the right to live."
