Auction winners will be responsible for all shipping costs, to be added at the auction end. Local pick-up at our school in New York City can be arranged.

By partaking in LearningSpring School’s charitable auctions, you agree to release and forever discharge and hold harmless LearningSpring School, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents, and the heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of each of them, from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which may arise from your participation in the auction or your use and enjoyment of any prizes, goods, or services won at an auction including, but not limited to, all claims with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, and/or property damage.
