Chef Keaka Lee, owner and chef of Kapa Hale, will lead up to ten (10) guests on a Ramen Noodle making journey. His innovative techniques and flavors are found in his unique dishes. Chef Lee supports local farmers, ranchers and fisheries while combing them with familiar ethnic influences to showcase a cuisine that can only be found in Hawaii.
