Session 1: One Hour Postural and Functional Movement Analysis                   Session 2: Corrective Exercise Routine Development

Kat received her personal training certification through NASM, and is a Postural Alignment and Functional Movement Specialist.

Her specialities include: Strength & conditioning, postural analysis, corrective exercise, cardio dance, and gentle movement.

Kat has a BS in Education, K-8, and has multiple certifications in movement and fitness. She has 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren and believes that small steps and big goals are equally worthy.
