5 Sessions:

Session 1: One Hour Nutritional Assessment                                                Session 2-5: Four 15 minute coaching sessions

Sue received her personal training certification through ACE, and is certified in Functional Fitness & trained as a Nutrition Specialist.Her specialities include strength & conditioning, powerlifting, behavioral support, and corrective exercise. 

Sue has a BS in Education, a MA in Special Education, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Sue promotes inclusive wellness when meeting the individual needs of her clients and students.

Sue is a mom of 3 sons, 3 grandchildren, and believes in having fun and building personal relationships while getting stronger.
