To redeem the pass, the new member must bring the physical pass with them and have it authorized by a NXGen Fitness representative. The pass may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be replaced. Does not include fee-based additional amenities or personal training.
