Nothing quite like a pandemic to let us reflect on the true value and importance of community and human connection. Empowered was born out of that reflection.

This is an open and welcoming space for all. We want to facilitate your journey of discovery through yoga, movement, breathwork, and meditation in all its forms.

There are many paths, but the same destination. There is no one size fits all approach. You get to blaze your own trail and find your own way, and we are here to support you whilst you do that.
