Our classes are designed to take you to your physical and mental edge - the infrared-heat, dark room, no mirrors and dynamic music create the perfect ambiance to develop your practice and go inward. Most classes include a free flow format where instructors guide you through a sequence and then let you flow independently to the pace of your body, breath and mind. We see life as an art, the body as the instrument, and yoga as one of the tools we use to fine-tune.
