Parenting young children often means navigating intensityof thought, feeling, and reaction. This Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) workshop, facilitated by the Institute of Social & Emotional Learning (IFSEL), introduces frameworks and practical approaches for understanding and managing emotions, both our own and our children's, and for maintaining calm and connection when emotions run high. Check-in time starts at 6:30pm. Light post-dinner refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.
