Your Redemption Certificate will be emailed within 15 business days after the event to start the booking process. Reservations must be made at least 60 days before travel, booked within 12 months, and completed within 24 months. All bookings are final. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and certificates should be treated like cash. Blackout dates include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
Tickets will be available for pick-up at the event or mailed to the winning bidder at least one week before the event.
