The apartment is a one and a half bedroom in the Boerum Hill neighborhood just 3 blocks away from Smith Street and 4 from Atlantic Avenue. It can sleep up to six people with a double bunk bed in the front bedroom and a pull out double futon bed in the back bedroom. It is in a third floor walk up in a small co-op building. There is a patio so you can eat your breakfast outside while overlooking Brooklyn and an adjacent garden. Just a couple blocks from the F and G you can get anywhere in the city or stay in the neighborhood and dine at the award winning restaurants nearby.
