What a great item! James' Speed Development offers a full evaluation for a child specific to the sport of your athlete. This includes tips for running faster, jumping higher, changing directions faster, and safety! 

The evaluation session helps athletes unlock true speed. The session will take place at Complete Life Training Facility at 4723 Adams Road.

One-on-one sessions can be scheduled after the evaluation at regular rates. 

About James

His love for running began in high school. His passion and drive led him to become a college athlete and an All-American. James has a degree in Exercise Physiology from Bryan College. His is also a licensed massage therapist. James founded James' Speed Development in 2019. He has coached all ages while providing general fitness, speed and agility training. He coaches professional athletes as well. His own drive and passion allowed him to run for the Haitian National Team where he placed 2nd in the 400m race. He is certified by USATF and USTFCCCA.
