This ground-level home lives large with a light-filled, open living space and high ceilings. The flooring is new, blonde oak throughout the entire space, providing cleanliness and an updated aesthetic. The kitchen is fully stocked for meals with a guest. Complete with a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and garbage disposal. There are plenty of cabinets for use!

You will have an in-unit washer and dryer (new in 2025).

At the Crossroads Condo, you’ll enjoy your own private entrance and a private front patio. Free parking is available right outside your door or in the rear lot (one spot per condo). There’s also plenty of evening and weekend guest parking across the street at the park/school.

Guests have full access to the entire condo, except for one locked housekeeper’s closet.

With so much to explore just steps away, you may never need (or even want) to use your car!

The Crossroads Condo is tucked into a safe, friendly Southside neighborhood — close enough to walk to top attractions, restaurants, and downtown, yet quiet and peaceful thanks to its corner-unit setting. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and high ceilings with solid construction make it exceptionally quiet for city living.

A bonus: there’s a park and elementary school right across the street, offering extra safety, green space, outdoor tables, and even a concrete ping-pong table for you to enjoy. We’re sure you’ll fall in love with the Southside vibe and the charm of Chattanooga!
