A wellness consultation is an opportunity to embark on an honest and respectful exploration of your health. Together we'll look at your health history and your current health concerns and create a Wellness Protocol to support your healing. This includes one or more custom-blended herbal formulas that have truly been made with your specific constitutional needs in mind, as well as dietary and lifestyle suggestions and goals. An initial consultation lasts approximately 1.5 hours, during which time we go over all of the major systems in the body, looking for ways in which each of the parts is affecting the whole.
