Description

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live at a lighthouse – even for just one night, or wish you could escape the hustle & bustle of life for a little while?

Enjoy a two-night stay for up to 6 people at Little River Lighthouse in Downeast Maine.

Little River Island is an “escape from it all” destination situated at the entrance to picturesque Cutler Harbor and is without question one of the true natural “emeralds” of the Bold Coast of Maine.

Little River Light's overnight stay program runs from June 1 to September 30 each year. Transportation to the light station is provided. Your keeper will meet you at the public boat ramp in Cutler and take you on a twelve minute boat ride to this one-of-a-kind paradise – a place where peaceful solitude reigns without disturbance and memories in the making are waiting to be embraced!

The Keeper's House features three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a full size bed and one with two twins. Towels, bed linens and pillows are provided. There is a fully equiped kitchen as well as a sitting room located on the first floor for guests to use. A full-bath with a shower is located on the first floor and is shared with your keeper. There is also a half-bath located on the second floor for the guest bedrooms to share. Guests supply their own food and drinking water.
