Show up at the designated ticket counter and present your driver’s license or other government-issued identification. The counter will check you in and print your boarding pass at that time. If you do not have required identification, you may be denied access to check-in services and the flight and/or extra screening measures by TSA may be required. We have a service that offloads your luggage from the flight, delivers it to the hotel, and automatically delivers it to your room, even if you are not there yet! Transportation is provided via a Motor Coach service that is waiting for you outside the main terminal upon your flight arrival. Arrival at the hotel The Motor Coach service provider will deliver you and the other guests from the airport to the Beau Rivage Hotel’s Bus Lobby. Inside the lobby entrance, you will receive a packet from the Group Desk which contains your room keys, MGM Rewards membership card, itinerary, and property information. Yes – your room is already checked in! A major credit card or debit card is required at check-in. Your itinerary gives you instructions regarding the day of your departure so be sure to read the information listed! Turn in this Gift Certificate to the agent at the counter after receiving your packet. After you receive your packet, you are free to move about the property! Limits of Liability We highly recommend that if you are traveling with certain items, they not be placed into checked luggage.
