If availability exists, a reservation code will be sent to you via e- mail. Otherwise, alternate flights and/or dates may be sent to you from the AM COBUS International desk. Holiday periods and high-demand seasons may be embargoed. Please take a look at the enclosed list of dates that have restrictions or verify with your local sales account executive. The certificate is non-transferable, non-refundable, and does not have any cash value. Travel must commence on/after 11-13-26 ; and completed on/ before 11-13-2026 Maximum stay period is: 30 days. Once the ticket has been issued it is not possible to make any changes to the booking. If unable to travel, Aeromexico is able to refund travel taxes paid by the passenger, through a credit voucher (EMD) that will be valid for one year from the date of issue, as long as the request is received within 30 days of the original travel date. Tickets cannot be reissued after 30 days from the original dates of travel. Availability will be confirmed to you as soon as possible via e-mail after we have received the reservation request. The booking details will be sent to you shortly after that. However, please note that the e-ticket confirmation will be sent to you at the earliest 30 days before the date of your return flight.
