Artist Christian Riese Lassen has been recognized the world over for more than 20 years for his unique art and vision. Raised on the island of Maui, the self-taught artist and avid surfer found his original influence in nature and from the ocean. Mr. Lassen has also partnered with the Walt Disney Company incorporating Disney characters, including Mickey Mouse, into 3 original Lassen art works. This one of the ones that he was commission by Disney to paint. This authentic hand-signed, hand-numbered piece is a Disney Limited Art classic featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse. This piece displays a rare combination of limited-edition Disney licensed characters rendered by Christian Riese Lassen into the seascapes that he is internationally famous for. Since the painting is a giclee print, the paint texture and brush strokes are even reproduced.
