RESTRICTIONS:
- One certificate redeemable per year per family
- Winner must contact Roclord by January 19, 2026
- Complete photo session by March 19, 2026
- No substiutions
- No digital files
- No headshots
- 72 hour cacellation policy. No-show to any appointment voids the certificate
- Must meet in studio and slect your photo within 14 days of photo session or certificate becomes void
- Must attend all 3 scheduled appointments
Special Instructions
Digital items will be emailed by December 5, 2025. Physical items will be available for pickup at Roosevelt Elementary School starting the week of December 8, or can be mailed to the winner. Exact pickup details will be shared via email. Please ensure your preferred email address is listed in your Bidding for Good account.
If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply, and will be billed to your account. All items are shipped with tracking. The shipper, not Roosevelt Elementary School, is responsible for successful delivery.
