2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc   

Pope Valley Sauvignon blanc, arguably the best white grape of the region.  The bouquet is a complex symphony of vanilla, lemon blossom, honey, and white spring flowers.  The palate is bright and focused with delectable flavors of fresh croissant, lemon zest and wet river rocks, leaving a lingering finish with a kiss of oak.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Fresh aromas of juniper and sage unfold to smoked jerky and cassis; the palate is dark and juicy supported by fresh cigar and toffee flavors; followed by dusty cocoa powder and tight structure on a clean, focused finish.

Blend: 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec
