Terms: Dates confirmed 60 days or less from check-in, and to be mutually agreed upon; weekends incur a $99 per night upgrade fee. Major Holidays + Peak Seasons are blacked out. $195 cleaning fee. Valid Sun-Thursday night.  Local Taxes paid upon confirmation of dates.  Studio unit with upgrades, subject to availability. Expires one year from the auction's end date.
