This auction item includes a Beer 101 tasting seminar for six people (21 and over) led by Hopleaf Founder & Proprietor Michael Roper. Participants will explore the history, styles, and flavors of beer, learn about food pairings, proper buying and storage techniques, and gain insight into the American and global craft beer revolution. The seminar also covers the historical role of beer in civilization, including monastic brewing traditions. Some food will be provided during the tasting.
