Description
A gourmet five-course dinner for 10 prepared by chef Gordon Drysdale for you and your party at the magnificent Tiburon home of Victoria and Larry Heiges. Chef Drysdale, late of Gordon's House of Fine Eats, is a 30-year veteran of the restaurant business who always prepares the finest food with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Wines for the evening will be provided by the Goldmans and the Houses and will include a 2000 Bighorn Cabernet, a 2001 Oro Puro Vineyards Late Harvest Wine, a 2003 Saintsbury Carneros Unfiltered Chardonay, and a 2002 Saintsbury Carneros Pinot Noir.
