Neal P. Raffensberger's father Roy M. Raffensberger taught him to print black and white photographs in his basement at the age of five. Neal shot his first wedding at the age of fourteen and after high school went on to earn a degree in portraiture at The Ohio Institute of Photography. Neal opened Raffensberger Photography & Framing in 1995, now a full service digital portrait studio and custom framing gallery, located in the Brewery District.
