Artist Statement: I've had a lifelong passion for photography that started when my sister gave me a box camera in the third grade. I enjoy photography because it gives me the chance to experience interesting people and places that I would have little chance to enjoy otherwise. Photographs have the ability to preserve priceless memories that communicate ideas and emotions, that makes them invaluable to all people regardless of their political, social or economic standing.
