Aki Sogabe introduced the Northwest to the art of paper cutting in 1978 and has made over 2000 original paper cut designs in her twenty-six-year career. Her work is in major collections including Mitsubishi International Corporation of Tokyo and Seattle, the University of Oregon, and the Wing Luke Asian Museum, Seattle.
