A One Week Basic Welding Program at Lincoln Electric's Welding School in Cleveland, Ohio. Choice of SMAW, GMAW, FCAW or GTAW. Winner must be 18 years old. Travel, lodging and meals are the responsibility of the participant. Expires 12/31/06.
