World-renowned artist, illustrator and author Tomie dePaola has generously donated five original works of holiday themed art commemorating AIDS Action's work fighting HIV/AIDS. Mr. de Paola has been published has written and/or illustrated over 200 books in his over forty-year career including 26 Fairmount Avenue, Strega Nona, and Meet the Barkers. He has been recognized with the two most prestigious awards for children's literature and illustration; the Caldecott Honor Award and the Newbery Honor Award as well as the New Hampshire Governor's Arts Award of Living Treasure.

This work, Care! features the AIDS ribbon on a bright, starry background. The AIDS ribbon raises awareness of the ongoing struggle against the HIV/AIDS epidemic and Care! is a beautiful rendition of this important symbol.
