Take a Paperweight Workshop for two at the Pittsburgh Glass Center. In this three-hour workshop, students will learn how to gather, shape and add color to molten glass to make a unique paperweight, with the help of the instructor. Emphasis will be on safety and teamwork in the shop as well as the basic skills of glass working. A great way to "try out" hot glass before taking a longer class. No glass working experience required. All materials provided. Workshop to be given on a Saturday or Sunday based on PGC hotshop and instructor availability.
