Without discovering SUGO for yourself, it's a little hard to stick us into any one category. Are we mainly Italian with a Greek influence? Perhaps we're more Greek with an undeniable Italian twist. Some would describe us as a Mediterranean fusion of Italian, Greek and Spanish.

To be honest, SUGO is all of this...and much more. For the Castellucci family, SUGO means the freshest ingredients working in concert with the best service to provide our guests with an exemplary culinary experience they never thought possible at such an incredible price. We think that pretty much nails it, but there are others whose definitions are pretty good, too.
