Description
Kerri Linden is a local artist and T'enna Mom. Kerri has designed a series of three original pieces exclusively for the JCC Auction. Each are architectural snapshots. Peel the layers, remove the skin, go beneath the surface. Reveal an unknown... deposits of tonal color, patterned form, texture. This is Kerri's terrain, Kerri's language.
Each piece is finely drawn and colored with lithography crayon and monoprint permanent inks. They are painted on museum quality hand-crafted paper and adhered to archival mat board, ready for framing.
Having transitioned from years of her esteemed jewelry and accessory design business, Kerri has returned to her first passion... painting.
These works will enhance an space... decoratively and intellectually. Reminiscent of the Bauhaus style of art, they remind us of Modernism during the years prior to World War II. They are meant to be lived with, to spirit one's home or work environment.
Each of the 3 paintings were designed with an abstract Judaica feel and have Jewish stars incorporated.
Retail value is $600 each.
